Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the services provided by Antalya Marriage Proposal ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Your use of our services indicates your acceptance of these terms without modification. #### 2. Services Offered Antalya Marriage Proposal specializes in planning unique marriage proposals in various locations throughout Antalya, Turkey. We offer a variety of customizable packages tailored to individual client needs. Detailed descriptions of packages and pricing are available on our website. All services are subject to availability, and must be booked in advance. #### 3. Booking and Payment A reservation is required for all proposal planning services. Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and proposal package. The remaining balance must be settled prior to the event date as outlined in our payment policy shared during the booking process. #### 4. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled proposal date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior are subject to full payment, and refunds will not be issued. Exceptions may apply in cases of unforeseen extreme circumstances, which will be evaluated at our discretion. #### 5. Changes to Services We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice due to factors such as weather conditions, third-party service availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, alternative arrangements or compensations will be discussed. #### 6. Liability Disclaimer While we strive for seamless execution of every proposal plan, Antalya Marriage Proposal shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or other unforeseeable issues that may arise as a result of participating in any part of the proposal event. #### 7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Turkey.
